Lord God, we come before You today with urgency, lifting up President Donald J. Trump as he takes on one of the defining battles of his presidency — restoring law and order to the streets of America. Crime has ravaged our cities. Communities live in fear. And President Trump has made a solemn promise to the American people to fix it. We pray that You would give him everything he needs to keep that promise.
Father, we ask You to give President Trump the courage to act where previous administrations have failed. May he deploy federal resources decisively to cities that are drowning in violence. May he stand firm against the political pressure to go soft on crime. Give him the wisdom to craft federal policy that empowers law enforcement, holds criminals accountable, and restores the confidence of every American in their right to be safe.
Lord, we pray specifically for President Trump's relationship with local law enforcement. May he be their champion — their defender in Washington when others abandon them. Give him the authority and the will to push back against policies that have demoralized police officers and emboldened criminals. America's law enforcement officers need a President who has their back, and we believe President Trump is that man.
We also pray that President Trump would have the wisdom to address the root causes of crime — broken families, failing schools, economic despair — without ever excusing the violence that destroys communities. May his approach be both tough and thoughtful, both firm and fair.
