Prince of Peace, we come before You today with one urgent prayer on our hearts — that You would work through President Donald J. Trump to bring an end to the devastating war in Ukraine. This conflict has claimed hundreds of thousands of lives, displaced millions, and brought the world closer to a wider war than at any point in decades. President Trump has boldly declared that he will end it. Lord, we pray that You would make him the instrument of that peace.
Father, we ask You to give President Trump a level of diplomatic wisdom and boldness that the world has not yet seen in this conflict. Where previous leaders have only prolonged the war with half-measures and endless aid packages, give President Trump the courage to pursue a genuine peace — even when it is politically uncomfortable, even when critics attack him for it. May he be the leader who finally brings both sides to the table.
Lord, we pray for President Trump's conversations with world leaders — with Zelensky, with European allies, and yes, even with those on the other side of this conflict. Give him the words, the leverage, and the credibility to broker a deal that stops the killing. May his unique relationship-building skills — which You have given him — be used for this historic purpose.
We pray that President Trump would have the wisdom to calibrate America's military and financial support in Ukraine in a way that advances peace rather than prolonging conflict. Give him the discernment to know what is truly in America's national interest and the courage to act on that knowledge, regardless of the political noise.
We bless President Donald J. Trump today, Lord. May he be the peacemaker in Ukraine that this world so desperately needs. May his name be associated with the end of this war and the beginning of a new era of stability. In Jesus' name, Amen.
